| Additional information |
Nagidos was a small Cilician coastal settlement whose mint operated during a window of Achaemenid-era autonomy, striking small silver fractions for local commerce before the region was absorbed into tighter Persian administrative control. The "var." designation against SNG France 19 suggests a die pairing not precisely replicated in the reference corpus — not unusual for a mint producing at this scale, where individual engravers worked without the die standardization of larger civic mints.
