| Reverse description | Central field bears the votive inscription VOT X MVLT XX arranged in two or three lines within a wreath, a common reverse type on late Roman nummi commemorating imperial vow renewals. The wreath, tied at the base, encircles the votive legend and symbolizes imperial victory and continuity. The exergue contains the mint mark of the Heraclea mint, with officina indicators SMHA or SMHΔ depending on the subtype. The overall design is typical of the standardized votive reverses introduced under the Theodosian dynasty for small bronze denominations. |
