Reverse description A four-turreted military camp-gate depicted in three-quarter perspective, with no doors shown in the central arched gateway, rendered in the characteristic Tetrarchic architectural style. The gateway features two flanking towers surmounted by domed or conical turrets, each decorated with small globes or finials, with a central arched passageway open at the base. The facade is articulated with horizontal registers suggesting masonry or defensive battlements. The mint mark MKΓ appears in the exergue below the gate. The reverse legend VIRTVS MILITVM is divided on either side of the gate, reading left and right in the field.
