| Reverse description | A legionary standard (vexillum) inscribed with VOT X stands at centre, flanked by two captive barbarians seated on the ground with hands bound, their posture conveying subjugation. The field is divided by the letters S and F (Sperata Felicitas or signal of the officina), with H and L in ligature also appearing across the field. The mint mark ASIS* (with asterisk) is placed in the exergue, denoting the first officina of the Siscia mint. The reverse emblem celebrates the vows (vota) of the army and the military virtues of the Constantinian regime. |
