Reverse description A military vexillum standard set upon a prow or base occupies the central field, with the votive inscription VOT XX displayed on the banner's fabric. Two captives are seated at the base of the standard, one to the left and one to the right, their postures conveying submission. The reverse legend VIRTVS EXERCIT encircles the design, while the officina letter A appears in the left field and S in the right field, with the mint mark PLG in the exergue denoting the first officina of the Lugdunum mint.
