Reverse description The votive inscription VOT XX MVLT XXX is displayed in three or four lines within a laurel wreath, celebrating the emperor's twentieth vow and the anticipation of his thirtieth. The wreath is tied at the base with a stylized knot or pellet. The mintmark and officina letter appear in the exergue below the wreath, identifying the specific workshop of the Cyzicus mint. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border, consistent with the small late Roman nummus fabric.
