Obverse description Right-facing bust of Emperor Constantius II, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed, rendered in the late Roman imperial style typical of the Siscia mint. The effigy occupies the central field, with the neck and pauldron clearly articulated. The circumferential legend is divided by the bust and reads D N CONSTAN-TIVS P F AVG, affirming his status as Augustus. The coin exhibits the characteristic broad, flat flan of mid-fourth-century nummi, with patinated bronze surfaces showing considerable wear.
