Obverse description Laureate, cuirassed bust of Constantius II facing right, rendered in the late Roman imperial style with finely striated hair beneath the laurel wreath and articulated cuirass detail at the shoulder. The effigy is depicted with youthful features befitting his rank as Caesar, the portrait occupying the majority of the coin's field. The surrounding Latin legend runs clockwise along the periphery, separated from the bust by a beaded inner border. The overall execution reflects the standardized military portraiture characteristic of Constantinian-era provincial mint production.
