Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Constantius II facing right, portrayed as a youthful Caesar with finely rendered facial features. The laureate wreath is rendered in high relief, and the paludamentum is visible at the shoulder, secured with a fibula. The cuirass displays detailed engraving consistent with late Constantinian workshop style. The obverse legend encircles the effigy within a beaded border, identifying the subject by his full titulature as Noble Caesar.
