| Obverse description | Right-facing bust of Emperor Constantius II, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed, rendered in the late Roman imperial style typical of the Constantinian period. The effigy displays fine detail in the diadem beading and paludamentum folds despite the small module of the flan. The obverse legend surrounds the bust within a beaded border, reading DN CONSTAN-TIVS P F AVG, affirming his titles as Dominus Noster, Pius Felix Augustus. |

| Reverse description | Constantius II, draped and cuirassed, standing left aboard a galley, holding a phoenix on globe in his right hand and a Chi-Rho-bannered standard (labarum) in his left hand, symbolizing the restoration of happy times under Christian imperial authority. A seated Victory at the stern steers the vessel, reinforcing the divine guidance of the emperor's reign. The reverse legend FEL TEMP - REPARATIO (Restoration of Happy Times) is disposed across the field flanking the central device, within a beaded border. The mint mark and officina letter appear in the exergue, identifying production at the Thessalonica mint. |
