Obverse description Laureate, helmeted, and cuirassed bust of Constantius I (Chlorus) facing left, the emperor depicted in full military attire with a spear or sceptre raised over the right shoulder and a shield carried on the left arm. The effigy conveys imperial martial authority in the late Roman tradition, with finely rendered armour detailing characteristic of the Tetrarchic period. The obverse legend encircles the bust within the field.

Reverse description The emperor Constantius I, draped and cuirassed, galloping to the right on horseback, thrusting a spear downward with his right hand into a kneeling enemy figure while holding a shield on his left arm. A second enemy lies prostrate beneath the horse, symbolising Roman martial supremacy. The composition reflects the triumphant equestrian iconography common to Tetrarchic coinage. The reverse legend is divided across the field by the central motif, and the exergue bears the mint mark and officina letter of the Aquileia mint.
