Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Constantinus II facing right, rendered in the standard late Roman imperial portrait style. The legend encircles the effigy along the periphery of the flan, reading CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C, identifying the emperor as a junior Augustus. The coin exhibits significant wear and heavy encrustation consistent with prolonged burial, with traces of original red cuprite patina visible on the surface. The portrait retains the characteristic radiating laurel wreath and layered military dress typical of Constantinian-era bronzes.
