| Obverse description | Laureate, cuirassed bust of Constantine I facing right, rendered in the imperial military style characteristic of the Constantinian period. The emperor's effigy displays a pronounced laurel wreath crown with fine radiating lines clearly visible, atop a strongly modelled face with detailed facial features. The cuirass is depicted with articulated armour plates at the shoulder. The encircling Latin legend reads IMP CONSTANTINVS P F AVG, distributed around the periphery of the flan. |
