| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Constantine I facing right, rendered in high relief with finely detailed layering of the paludamentum and lorica. The laureate wreath is tied with a ribbon visible behind the neck, and the emperor's strong profile conveys imperial authority characteristic of Constantinian portraiture. The encircling legend is incuse in capital Latin characters along the rim, reading clockwise from the lower left. |
