Reverse description Sol Invictus, radiate and nude save for a chlamys draped across his left shoulder and falling behind, stands facing left in a commanding pose. He raises his right hand in salutation and holds an orb in his lowered left hand. The control mark 'TF' appears in the left field and a star in the right field. The exergue bears the officina letter 'P' and the mintmark 'LG' (Lugdunum), reading SPLG. A beaded border encircles the entire design.
