Obverse description Laureate and cuirassed bust of Constantine I facing right, draped at the shoulder, depicted in the late Constantinian style with a prominent, idealized profile. The emperor's head is adorned with a laurel wreath, and the cuirass is rendered with fine detail suggesting military authority. The encircling legend reads CONSTANTI-NVS MAX AVG in Latin capitals, distributed around the periphery of the flan. The portrait is executed in the characteristic late Roman numismatic style, with bold, somewhat stylized facial features. The flan is irregular, consistent with hammered production at the Siscia mint.
