Obverse description Right-facing laureate and rosette-diademed bust of Constantine I, draped and cuirassed, rendered in the late Roman imperial style with finely detailed paludamentum and segmented cuirass visible at the shoulder. The emperor's portrait is robust and idealised, with characteristic strong jawline and upward gaze conveying imperial authority. The encircling legend reads CONSTANTI-NVS MAX AVG in Latin capitals, distributed across the field. The flan shows the characteristic irregular edge typical of struck bronze nummi of this period.
