Obverse description Right-facing pearl-diademed bust of Emperor Constans, rendered draped and cuirassed, with the paludamentum visible at the shoulder. The effigy displays the characteristic late Roman portrait style with a row of pearls forming the diadem across the brow. The cuirass is elaborately rendered with pteryges at the shoulder.
