| Obverse description | Right-facing bust of Emperor Arcadius, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed, rendered in the late Roman imperial portrait style typical of the Theodosian period. The effigy displays the characteristic stiff, frontal treatment of imperial imagery of the era, with the paludamentum visible at the shoulder. The encircling Latin legend reads DN ARCADIVS PF AVG, distributed around the bust within the coin's field. The flan is notably irregular and the surfaces are heavily worn, with the portrait details largely effaced by circulation and corrosion. |

| Reverse description | The personification of Victory advancing to the left, her winged figure rendered in the conventional late Roman manner, holding a wreath in her extended right hand and a palm branch in her left. The reverse legend VICTORIA AVGGG encircles the central type, with the mintmark TCON positioned in the exergue, denoting the third officina of the mint at Arelatum (Arles). The flan is irregular and heavily patinated, with significant surface corrosion obscuring much of the finer detail of the design. |
