Reverse description The heraldic coat of arms of Faridkot State occupies the centre of the reverse, consisting of a quartered shield supported on either side by rampant deer (blackbuck), with a lion passant as the crest above. A decorative ribbon or scroll below the shield bears the state motto in Devanagari script. The legend 'FARIDKOT STATE' arcs across the upper field, and the date '1941' is placed in the exergue below the arms.
