| Obverse description | Central relief depicting the cloister arcade of the Abbaye de Cadouin with its ornate Gothic arches and twin towers in the background. The upper legend reads 'CLOÎTRE DE CADOUIN' with a secondary inscription 'chemin de st jacques de compostelle' in the field, and the lower exergue bears 'fondée en 1115' flanked by the regional name 'PERIGORD'.
