Reverse description A rampant fox standing atop three stacked inscribed blocks bearing the legends CORES PON SOCIETY, RIGHTS OF MAN, and WHIG CLUB, holding a pole with a banner reading NO MAJESTY BUT THAT OF THE PEOPLE. To the left stands an obelisk inscribed BILL OF RIGHTS above a plinth inscribed MAG CHA, flanked by oak branches; to the right a kneeling figure supports a scroll inscribed THIS IS YOUR ONLY PROP. The date 1796 appears in the exergue, with the circular legend around the rim.
