Obverse description Two conjoined portrait busts in oval frames: King Wilhelm II of Württemberg to the left and Duke Albrecht of Württemberg to the right, both in military uniform. The frames are surmounted by a royal crown with radiating rays, flanked by laurel branches at the base. Curved legends arc around each portrait within the respective frames.

Reverse description The enamelled crowned oval coat of arms of Württemberg occupies the center of the field, divided into black and red quarters bearing a stag and a lion, supported by a lion to the left and a stag to the right. Two curved ribbon scrolls below the shield bear the motto. The legend encircles the upper field, and the date 1910 appears in the lower exergue.
