Obverse description Four conjoined medallion busts in high relief arranged around a central effigy: Emperor Wilhelm II prominently at center-bottom, with Prince Regent Luitpold of Bavaria at left, King Wilhelm II of Württemberg at right, and Friedrich II, Grand Duke of Baden at top, each within a circular frame surrounded by oak foliage. A spread eagle with outstretched wings and crown occupies the lower field beneath the central bust, with the maker's mark visible in the exergue area.
