Obverse description Conjoined busts of the three German emperors in right-facing profile relief: Wilhelm II in the foreground, Friedrich III in the middle, and Wilhelm I at the rear. The legend naming each emperor curves around the upper border, and the engraver's signature 'J. & T. F.A/M.' appears below the busts. Two laurel sprigs flank the lower exergue within a beaded inner border.
