Obverse description Veiled and crowned bust of Queen Victoria in right-facing profile in high relief, wearing jewellery and a brooch. A circular legend surrounds the effigy, with the Welsh motto GOREU ARF, ARF DYSG divided on either side of the bust in the inner field. A small suspension hole is pierced at the top rim.
