| Obverse description | A winged allegorical figure of Justice, laurel-crowned and draped in classical robes, stands facing left with her right foot resting on a prostrate tiger; a chained native captive kneels behind her, his wrists bound and connected by a chain to a sword held in her lowered left hand. Radiating sunbeams appear in the upper right field, a palm tree is visible in the middle distance, and scattered cannon and debris occupy the left background. The maker's inscription PINCHES LONDON appears in the lower exergue. |
