| Obverse description | Two conjoined oval frames, each containing a bust in high relief: Prince George, Duke of York facing right with beard and military uniform on the left, and Princess Victoria Mary of Teck facing left on the right. The frames are joined at centre by a heart bearing entwined initials G and M, surmounted by a royal crown above and an anchor below. Circular legends surround each portrait within the respective oval frames, with a beaded border encircling the whole design. |
