Below, a large central tablet bears the commemorative inscription in relief lettering, flanked on either side by olive branches tied with a bow at the base. The maker's name J. DAVIS MEDALLIST appears along the left rim and SANCTIONED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS along the right rim.
