Obverse description Draped bust of Mandarin Hesing facing forward, wearing traditional Chinese robes decorated with embroidered dragon motifs and a cap with topknot. Two Chinese characters (希 and 生) flank the bust in the field. A circular legend runs around the periphery, with the engraver's signature HALLIDAY BIRM. inscribed in the lower exergue.
