Reverse description A multi-figure ceremonial scene in high relief depicting Prince Albert Victor receiving the Freedom of the City of London. At centre, a robed civic official presents the freedom casket, flanked by the Prince of Wales and the Princess of Wales with a bouquet, and a fourth standing figure to the right. The City of London arms appear in the exergue below, with the engraver's signature G.G. ADAMS D.F. visible in the lower field. A circular legend runs along the upper border.
