| Obverse description | The field depicts a high-relief galloping horse set against a starry night sky populated with four-pointed stars, a crescent moon with a face, and a shooting star. Roman numerals (XI, XII, II, IIII) are distributed around the inner border in the manner of a clock face, framed by a decorative outer border of alternating stars and scrollwork.
