Obverse description Three caricatured figures seated at a table in high relief: a figure with a cigar (Churchill) at left, a central standing figure (Chamberlain), and a uniformed figure at right (Hore-Belisha). A scroll on the table bears the inscription referencing German bombers against British naval forces, dated 27 September 1939. In the lower field, incuse monograms flanking a crowned anchor at left and a Star of David at right form part of the propagandistic design. The legend curves along the upper rim.
