The obverse of the medal features a close-up relief image of the Coat of Arms of the Russian Empire on the pediment of the central building of the Mint against the backdrop of a panorama of the city of St. Petersburg and a relief facade of the building of the St. Petersburg Mint by architect Antonio Porta. In the lower part, there are images of products issued at the mint in 2019 and inscriptions arranged in a semicircle.

Reverse description
The top half of the medal`s reverse depicts the Nevsky Gate against the backdrop of the Peter and Paul Cathedral. The lower part contains a semicircle of change rows of ruble coins, a sculptural image of the monument to the `Bunny Saved from the Flood` erected near the Ioannovsky Bridge leading to the Peter and Paul Fortress, and the mint`s mark.
