| Obverse description | The silver-toned copper-nickel center depicts the neoclassical facade of the Saint Petersburg Mint building in relief, with the inscription МОНЕТНЫЙ ДВОР visible on the structure. Above the building, the anniversary numeral '275' and the legend 'ЛЕТ' appear in the upper field, flanked by decorative scroll ornaments. The surrounding tombac ring bears the circumferential legend in Cyrillic with dot separators, the medal having a distinctive scalloped outer edge. |
