Reverse description The field is divided into three allegorical groups in high relief, all gilt: upper left, two figures engaged in agricultural labour; upper right, a female figure with two children representing education; lower centre, a male figure straining against a large cogwheel symbolising industry. Above the upper groups, the facade of the Knesset building is depicted in low relief. The engraver's signature P. VINCZE appears in both Latin and Hebrew script along the lower rim.
