| Obverse description | The upper portion of the obverse features two portrait busts in relief: at center-top, the armored effigy of Prince Dmitry Pozharsky wearing a pointed helmet, and to the right, a circular medallion portrait of Kuzma Minin. The central and lower fields depict a detailed scene of the assembly of the Second People's Militia in 1612, with armed warriors bearing spears, swords, and banners surrounding a central figure. At the base of the design, two symmetrical heraldic shields are displayed against crossed weapons. |
