| Obverse description | Central shield-shaped cartouche in relief depicting Albrechtsburg castle and Meissen Cathedral, with the FDJ emblem at the base of the shield. The Meissen crossed swords mark appears flanking the shield on either side. The legend PFINGSTEN 1947 is inscribed across the upper portion of the shield. The beaded border runs along the outer rim, with a suspension hole at the top. |
