Obverse description Emperor Charles VI kneeling on his right knee, dressed in armour and imperial mantle, gesturing toward a three-legged burning altar at left, while the personification of Austria, wearing an ermine mantle bearing the eagle of the Holy Roman Empire, kneels in prayer at his side. The imperial crown, orb, and sceptre rest on a cushion in the lower field, smoke rises from the altar toward a radiant divine triangle in the upper field, and a peasant ploughing with two oxen appears in the background. The encircling Latin legend is divided between the outer border and a two-line inscription in the lower exergue.
