Flanking the central motif are national flags in relief, including the American flag to the left and the Soviet flag to the right, evoking the multinational character of the conference. Reverse description A standing female allegorical figure, draped in classical robes, faces left with arms outstretched. To her left, a dove carrying an olive branch flies upward, symbolising peace, while behind her a building under reconstruction and an infant in a cradle represent renewal and hope. To her right, a dark allegorical figure of war looms amid smoke and destruction, with cannon, weapons, and rubble strewn across the lower right field. The engraver's signature R. COCHET appears in the lower right of the field.
