Obverse description Central field displays the Ontario Numismatic Association heraldic crest in high relief, featuring a shield divided into quadrants with a fleur-de-lis motif, surmounted by a royal crown. A ribbon below the shield bears the association motto in three parts. The circular legend around the rim reads ONTARIO NUMISMATIC ASSOCIATION at top and FOUNDED 1962 at the base.

Reverse description A large, deeply struck rose in high relief dominates the central field, shown in full bloom with stem and leaves extending downward. The inscription CITY OF ROSES appears in the lower field beside the stem. The circular legend around the rim reads WINDSOR COIN CLUB at top and 35th. O.N.A. CONVENTION APRIL 18-20, 1997 along the lower portion.
