| Reverse description | A phoenix rising from flames occupies the central field, its spread wings bearing four incuse coin representations: the obverse and reverse of the 200 lei 1935 on the upper wings and the obverse and reverse of the 20 lei 1870 on the lower wings, referencing the first issues of the reopened and original Romanian State Mint respectively. Below the flames, a segmented arc resembling gear teeth displays the digits 1935–2025, one per tooth, with the designer's initials C.C. at lower right.
