| Obverse description | The obverse features a detailed relief depiction of the Gallery-Fence with Gates of the Tsaritsyno estate (architect V.I. Bazhenov, 1784–1785), with the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God visible through the central arch, rendered partially in laser engraving against a mirror-polished field. Decorative Neo-Gothic scrollwork ornament occupies the upper right of the field. The circular legend along the upper rim reads МУЗЕЙ-ЗАПОВЕДНИК «ЦАРИЦЫНО», with МУЗЕИ РОССИИИ in the upper field, МОСКВА at the base, and the Moscow Mint mark (ММД) at the bottom. |

| Reverse description | The reverse depicts a high-relief profile bust of Empress Catherine II facing right, wearing a laurel wreath and a classical helmet adorned with an eagle, reproducing the image from a cameo brooch created by Grand Duchess Maria Feodorovna and held in the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve collection. The bust is framed by a dotted inner border and flanked by laurel branches in the lower field. The legend ЕКАТЕРИНА ВЕЛИКАЯ is inscribed in the upper portion of the field, divided on either side of the bust. |
