Reverse description Two hō-ō (Japanese phoenix) facing each other in the central field, their necks intertwined with ginkgo sprigs. Flanking the birds on either side is a symmetrical decorative wreath of chrysanthemum blooms and foliage. Below the central motif, the shrine name is inscribed in Japanese characters, with a square seal of the shrine below it.
