Obverse description Enthroned effigy of King Stephen III in full regalia, wearing a crown and holding an orb and sceptre, modelled after a medieval seal. The central figure is surrounded by a beaded inner circle with the legend referencing Alba Regia (Székesfehérvár) and the dates 1162–1172, and an outer legend commemorating the city's royal charter. A small circular seal of Székesfehérvár appears in the lower field below the throne.

Reverse description The reverse displays a highly detailed depiction of a medieval royal seal or coat of arms composed of intricate beadwork and symbolic regalia including swords, crosses, and crowns in relief. A crown surmounts the central design, and a chalice appears in the lower exergue. The surrounding legend contains a Hungarian verse and Latin inscription identifying the seal as that of Rex Stephanvs IV and Ladislavs II.
