The city name appears in Hebrew above and in Latin script as 'CAESAREA' along the lower rim.

Reverse description The sunken central field bears a raised replica of an ancient coin of Caesarea issued under Agrippa I (37–44 CE), depicting Tyche standing, holding a ship's rudder in her right hand and a palm branch in her left, with a Greek circular legend around the figure. The raised outer rim carries a Hebrew inscription at the top and the English legend 'COIN OF CAESAREA 44 C.E.' along the lower border.
