Reverse description A winged angel in full-length relief hovers in the central field, holding a sword in the left hand and a palm branch in the right, flanked by a cityscape showing the fire-ravaged Hamburg skyline to the left and the newly rebuilt St. Nikolai Church to the right. The Hamburg city arms appear at the bottom center, and a scrolled banner in the upper field carries the biblical inscription. The designers' names O. SPECKTER INV. and H. LORENZ FEC. appear along the lower rim.
