Reverse description The reverse depicts a detailed view of the South Portico of the White House in the center field, framed by trees on either side and clouds above. A four-line quotation from President Clinton's Inaugural Address appears in the upper field, and the engraver's signature T.J. FERRELL is inscribed in the lower right of the central design. The inauguration date is inscribed in two lines along the lower rim.
