Obverse description The obverse bears a multi-line Latin inscription filling the entire field, recording the homage rendered to Leopold II as King of Hungary and Bohemia and Count of Tyrol by the provincial estates on 26 July 1790, received on behalf of his brother by Archduchess Elisabeth. No figural design is present; the legend alone constitutes the design.
