Obverse description Four conjoined busts in high relief: Ferdinand I facing right at far left and Mohammed V facing left at far right flank a central framed panel containing the busts of Wilhelm II and Franz Joseph I facing left. A radiant star emanates from above the central panel, and a fasces entwined with laurel and oak branches is depicted below. The circumferential legend names all four rulers, with the motto MIT VEREINTEN KRÄFTEN along the lower arc, and the maker's mark M. & W. ST. in the field.
